Well, it's finally here! The first truly cool day of fall. My favorite season. With the temperature dropping to 38° tonight I decided it was time to clean the chimney. Since I am on my own now I sat down and watched a YouTube video, Chimney Cleaning 101- How to Clean Your Chimney DIY  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fz8UBjesjUU . Thanks to Corey Binford who made the video I now have a clean chimney and I am ready to take the chill off of the house in the morning. Not only did Corey show me how to clean my chimney he gave me the confidence I needed to accomplish tasks around the house on my own. Thanks again Corey.

Ladies who are out there facing circumstances that you didn't expect, sit down cry and get angry and then get up and make a plan. Start doing the things you know have to be done and if you don't know how to do them ask for some help or look it up. There are so many resources out there to help you. If you don't have the internet go to your local library and use one of their computers or check out a book on the topic you need. Don't be afraid. Fear is ignorance and lack of planning. Take control and start educating yourself and planning for the future. I guarantee that you will feel better and stronger once you do.
